Terms
These terms govern use of the Waitline website, developer clients, advertising marketplace, and payout process.
1. Nature of the service
Waitline connects opted-in developer waits with a single, clearly-labelled sponsored line. All monetary flows are held in a delivery-liability account until a qualifying impression is verified.
2. Advertiser eligibility
You warrant that the creative you submit is truthful, non-deceptive, complies with applicable law, and does not fall in a prohibited category. Waitline may refuse or reverse any campaign at its sole discretion.
3. Earner eligibility
You must operate only real, developer-owned devices. Automated impression generation is grounds for balance forfeiture and account termination.
4. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through the private form in campaign management. Waitline reviews requests manually. Approved refunds cover the undelivered campaign balance and return to the original Stripe payment method. Delivered impressions are normally non-refundable, except for verified billing, delivery, fraud, or legal errors.
5. Payout review
Earner balances and payout requests are subject to fraud and delivery review. A request does not guarantee payment. Waitline processes approved payouts manually and may hold, reduce, reverse, or reject amounts linked to invalid or manipulated impressions.
6. Revenue shares and referrals
The current direct and referral percentages are published on the Earn page and may change prospectively. Referral attribution is first-claim-wins and permanent. You may claim your own code. Referral earnings arise only from accepted impressions, remain provisional during the fraud-review window, and may be reversed with the underlying impression. Manipulated referrals, devices, or impressions may be forfeited.
